Moving? Skip the Cardboard.

Reusable totes arrive assembled and ready to pack. They stack neatly, require little to no packing tape and eliminate the need to find, build, break down and dispose of cardboard boxes after the move.

Choose a package and submit the availability form with your dates and both ZIP codes. OC Moving Totes confirms the inventory, service zone and complete price. After you accept the rental policies and pay, we deliver the totes. You pack, move and unpack. At the end of the rental, empty and stack the totes and we pick them up.

Every package includes 14 consecutive days. The rental begins on the confirmed delivery date and ends on the confirmed pickup date shown in your reservation.

Request an extension before your scheduled pickup. Each additional seven days costs $35 for Mini Move, $50 for Home Move or $65 for Big Move. An extension is approved only after OC Moving Totes confirms that the equipment is not committed to another customer.

Mini Move includes 25 totes and is a helpful starting point for a studio, partial move or decluttering project. Home Move includes 40 totes and is a helpful starting point for many one- or two-bedroom moves. Big Move includes 60 totes and is intended for larger moves. Every household is different, so these are starting-point estimates rather than guarantees.

Yes. Every tote is inspected and cleaned between rentals and delivered empty and ready to pack. Customers do not need to sanitize the totes before pickup, but all totes must be returned empty and reasonably free of trash, food, liquids, grease, pet waste, paint, adhesives and other contamination.

Yes. Delivery and pickup are included for Irvine, Santa Ana, Tustin, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Laguna Hills and Laguna Beach. Nearby Orange County locations outside the core area require a $25 delivery-and-pickup zone fee. Farther locations require a $45 fee or a custom quote.

Enter both your moving-from and moving-to ZIP codes. We use the complete delivery and pickup route to determine the service area and any zone fee. You will receive the total price before making a payment.

Yes. Ten additional totes cost $35 and an additional moving dolly costs $20. Add-ons must be requested and confirmed before delivery because inventory is limited.

No. The form is only an availability request and does not charge your card. Your reservation is complete only after OC Moving Totes confirms the equipment, dates, service zone and complete price; you accept the applicable rental policies; and full payment is received.

The full package price, applicable service-zone fee and required taxes are due when the reservation is confirmed. No payment is collected merely for submitting the availability form.

Cancel less than 24 hours before the rental start for a 50% refund. If OC Moving Totes has already begun the delivery trip or attempted delivery, the delivery fee is nonrefundable. One reschedule requested at least 48 hours in advance is free. Additional reschedules, or requests made less than 48 hours in advance, carry a $25 rescheduling fee and require date availability.

Normal surface scuffs and ordinary moving wear do not result in a charge. A missing or destroyed 27-gallon tote with its lid is $25, a missing lid is $10 and a missing or destroyed dolly is $50. Excessive cleaning is $10 per affected tote or $15 per affected dolly. Repairable damage is charged at the documented repair cost and will not exceed the applicable replacement charge. OC Moving Totes documents equipment condition and will provide the reason for an additional charge.

No. OC Moving Totes rents, delivers and retrieves the totes and dollies. Customers or their chosen movers are responsible for packing, loading, transporting, unloading and unpacking all personal belongings.
